At Peekapaws, your orders are our priority and would like to get it to your hands in the shortest time possible. We engage with trustable registered mail services to make sure smooth delivery of parcels. You will receive an order email with the tracking number of your order once your order has been sent out.

All deliveries will be attempted within 3-5 working days (Monday-Friday, exclude public holidays) from the date the Order is submitted by you.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We accept returns of unopened, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items within 14 days from date of purchase* (Not Applicable to bath products: shampoo, conditioner, mouthspray), provided that all original tags are attached.

All postal fees, customs duties, and taxes for returns are to be paid by the customer.
